Our Staff

Julie is the daughter of previous owners Jack & Carol Westerhof and David started working beside Jack in 1982. They married in 1985 and David pursued his career working beside Jack at Rummele's, becoming AGS (American Gem Society) certified, continuing the fine reputation of Rummele's quality. They enjoy their growing family, having raised four children, they are currently blessed with five grandchildren. When David is not working he enjoys maintaining his country property, usually cutting grass or moving dirt. He also enjoys hunting and fishing with his boys, with an occasional volleyball game mixed in. Julie is also a registered nurse and works at Holy Family Memorial hospital in Manitowoc. The bulk of her free time is spent helping with the grandkids and giving motherly advice to her four children. Their favorite part of the job is the personal relationships they have developed over 35 years in the business.

Steve Pahmeier is the son of David & Julie Pahmeier and has been around the family business his whole life. Steve was a 2007 graduate of Manitowoc Lutheran High school and went on to earn his Accredited Jewelry Professional and Diamond Graduate from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). He and his wife Megan have two beautiful children, Wesley, and Elaina. He loves to spend free time with his family, hanging around home or visiting the cottage up north. He is also an avid bow hunter and loves the outdoors. His favorite part of the job is designing and helping customers create one-of-a-kind, custom pieces of jewelry.

Jen is a devoted hardworking goldsmith, born in West Allis and graduated from West Allis Central. Her goldsmith career started as an apprentice in 1977. She is a multi-skilled individual with experience in glass engraving, metal engraving, wax carving, and casting. She has now been a goldsmith for 49 years and counting. A few of her hobbies, among many interests, include: going out with her friends, sailing, and spending time with her orange cat Marq.

Amanda is a Manitowoc native, graduated from Manitowoc Lincoln High School, and has been with Rummele's since 2014. She enjoys music, fashion, and loves spending time with her daughter Tenley. They enjoy making fun crafts together and spending time outside at grandma's house. Her favorite part of the job is creating beautiful online content, showcasing new and exciting jewelry to customers through social media.
